Born and raised in the Black Forest Montains in Germany my intense passion for the Arts stems from early childhood. Consecutively experimenting with colors and mediums, I had realized art is my genuine purpose in life.

My recent paintings are part of a continuing series of painting-cycles begun in 1990, first with digital-paintings, since 2001 with acryl and tempera. Some time ago I noticed, that career and money isn`t everything in my life.
I am a genuine autodidact, who did not visit a mark school and didn’t belong to a artist colony.

What I want to translate is my own expression and emotion. It isn`t everything idyllic what I show on my pictures and in my exhibitions.
It all depends on how I'm feeling at the moment.
I enjoy abstraction. The painting develops and grows as I feel it.
